Refund policy
Our refund policy becomes applicable once the order is delivered or lost in transit. Refunds cannot be processed while the order is en route to the shipping address.
Claims of damaged goods must be accompanied by picture confirmation.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiate a return by contacting us at info@gemmedelsol.com. Upon acceptance of your return request, we will send you a return shipping label and provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. For any product-related issues, submit a claim with detailed pictures and explanations before becoming eligible for a refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. Additionally, returns are not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, and gift card orders.
Exchanges: For a quick exchange, return the item you have, and upon acceptance of the return, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds: We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return. If the refund is approved, it will be processed on your original payment method. Keep in mind that the processing and posting of the refund may take some time with your bank or credit card company.
